Description
Mosquito Dunks are a biological mosquito killers that stops mosquitoes before they can bite.
Place Mosquito Dunks in ponds or any standing water and its active ingredient, Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelenses (BTI) acts to kill mosquito and black fly larvae for 30 days or more. This bacteria will not hurt pets, birds, fish or wildlife. Mosquito Dunks should be used in bird baths, ponds, flower pots or in any standing water where mosquitoes may lay eggs.
Mosquito Dunks float on the water's surface and will keep on working for 30 days or longer. While floating, they slowly release a natural mosquito killing biocontrol agent at the waters surface. This agent gradually settles in the water where it is eaten by mosquito larvae which then die before reaching maturity.
Each dunk treats up to 100 square feet of water surface
