Orders to outside the contiguous U.S. do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping. Shipping charges will generally be as calculated. However, often rates outside of the contiguous US may not properly calculate, especially on bulky items or expedited shipping. If this is the case, you will be contacted with adjusted shipping rates before proceeding.
Free and flat rate shipping applies only to retail customers. Wholesale customers will be calculated at a discounted rate from actual shipping costs.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Chattanooga, TN within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. The following map shows expected days in transit from our location. Note that these days are only non-holiday weekdays.
These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary slightly. If it will take much longer than indicated above (if an item is out of stock) we will contact you by eMail. If an item is marked out of stock on the website, the order will be held until the order can ship complete.
AquaNooga does not require signatures upon delivery. However, some carriers do require this. Often it is at the driver's discretion. It is best to have the order shipped where someone will be present.
Motor Freight shipments will never be left without signature. You must be present to accept all motor freight shipments.
Warranty & Returns
AquaNooga strives to sell only the highest quality products. But if you have a problem or other need to return something the following information will help.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return the product for a full refund of purchase price. Returns will be accepted for items that:
- Are unused and in original packaging
- Were purchased less than 30 days prior
- Were not special cuts (i.e. tubing, filter media etc.)
If you received free or discounted shipping on an order for which you are returning an item, the shipping costs for the full order will be deducted from the refund you receive.
AquaNooga will not assume responsibility for incorrect information entered on your order form. We cannot warranty any item based on color. Colors can vary on different computer monitors and their settings and often even within the product itself.
Product Returns: Before returning any item, contact AquaNooga for an authorization number. When returning merchandise please use original packing materials to insure that the item arrives undamaged. AquaNooga can not be responsible for items damaged while being returned to us. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. Items returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed a credit due to possible loss of items but if credited are subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for arranging returns and any charges for those returns.
Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, contact AquaNooga immediately for instructions on how to remedy the situation. Damaged items received by motor freight should be refused or the damage noted on the bill of lading, depending on the severity of damage.
Warranties. The warranty period is stated in the product description for most items. These warranty claims will be handled either by AquaNooga or by the manufacturer for repair or replacement only. Please contact us for a RMA and instructions on returning the items in question. AquaNooga acts only as intermediary between end-user and the manufacturer and cannot determine what is and is not covered under the product warranty.
