Measurement is inside diameter. For flow rates up to 2200 gph. Connect to a submersible pump within a pond. Black tubing in a pond does not visibly stand out like clear tubing does.
1-1/4" Inside diameter, 1-1/2" Outside diameter.
Tubing uses a mechanical fit (slips onto barbed fittings) and is secured with hose clamps.
